This JSNA draws together data and evidence from a range of sources, including the views of parents and professionals working in the field, to describe a picture of need and service provision across Westminster, and Kensington and Chelsea

The needs assessment has provided the evidence base to inform the joint Local Authority and Clinical Commissioning Group SEND strategies and Joint Commissioning Plans for the two boroughs.
