The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families (AFNCCF) was commissioned through the North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) to provide a review and propose options for consideration by the CCGs for improvement of the children and young people’s mental health and well-being system across North West London CCGs. The aim was to come up with options which may be shared across all boroughs as well as recognising the specific requirements of each borough.
