This is the Director of Public Health's annual report for 2015-16. This year’s report explores physical inactivity across the Boroughs. It shows what we can do to encourage everyone to be more physically active, and how we can make physical activity a part of daily life.

• Any physical activity is better than none
• Simple, daily physical activity as part of everyday life is what we should aim for
Being active is good for our health and wellbeing, need not cost anything and is fun.
